The Emotional Well-Being Conference Celebrates a Milestone 10th Edition

The Emotional Well-Being Conference marks a remarkable milestone on Friday, May 1, 2026, with the staging of its 10th edition at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Another notable milestone is its rebranding from Pride Women Conference to better reflect the core essence of the initiative.

Reflecting on the milestone, Mrs Ijeoma Anyiam-Osigwe, Convener of the Emotional Well-Being Conference, noted: “Back then, there was no map for this, as well as no certainty it would grow into what you see today. However, there was a quiet conviction, a belief that women needed a place where they didn’t have to carry the world on their own. Over the past 10 years, I’ve watched thousands of women engage with the conference and be transformed. I am always humbled by each edition, and I consider this 10th edition as more than a milestone, it is a testament to every heart that chooses to heal.”

The theme of the 10th edition, “Wellness by Design: A Lifestyle of Self-Care and Balance”, aims to shift our focus to intentionally shaping our well-being and building a life by our own design, where our lifestyles feel as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Chairing the occasion is Her Excellency, Chief Dr Elizabeth Ifeyinwa Jibunoh, Visionary Cultural Leader, Peace Ambassador, Wellness Advocate and Empowerment Champion.
