Fatima Bashiru is a District Manager at Cornerstone Insurance Plc with seven years of experience in Nigeria’s insurance industry. She currently oversees more than 25 branches, consistently delivering over 100% of the budget. She is passionate about making insurance accessible to Nigerians while helping individuals, SMEs, and corporates secure the right coverage for themselves, their people, and their businesses.

She holds a BSc in Banking and Finance and is currently pursuing an MSc in Finance. She has obtained Agency Certification and a Bancassurance Manager Certificate from the College of Insurance and Financial Management, as well as a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management. She is also an alumna of the Africa Re + London School of Insurance Young Insurance Professionals Programme and is currently pursuing her ACII with the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

At the 10th conference, she will speak on “Insurance and Well-Being”.
