Roseline Abaraonye is a dynamic, results-driven marketing leader with two decades of experience driving growth, building iconic brands, and leading high-performance teams within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. She is widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s most influential women, shaping the future of brand marketing.
She holds a degree in economics from Abia State University and is deeply committed to lifelong learning and leadership development. Roseline earned her MBA from Business School Netherlands in 2018 and is an alumna of the Tiger School of Marketing Magic, South Africa. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN), a Fellow of the Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria (FIBMN), and a WIMBOARD Fellow, having successfully completed the Women in Boards mentorship programme in 2024.
Roseline currently serves as Marketing Director at Imperio International Ltd, where she leads brand and commercial growth strategies across multiple categories. Her career spans senior leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at NNFEMS Group, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Hayat Kimya Nigeria, and strategic marketing positions at Tiger Brands (Dangote Flour Mills), PZ Cussons Nigeria, and Union Diagnostic & Clinical Services.
Her influence extends beyond corporate leadership into industry governance. She serves as an Executive Council Member of the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) and has been consistently recognised by WIMCA as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Marketing & Communications in Nigeria since 2022. In 2025, she was honoured as one of Nigeria’s Marketing Amazons by the Nigerian Marketing Awards.
Among her career-defining achievements, Roseline led the transformation of Molfix Baby Diapers into Nigeria’s market leader within four years and spearheaded multiple award-winning brand launches. Her work has earned over 20 marketing awards, including ADVAN Brand of the Year in both 2018 and 2019. Her campaigns are widely recognised for their creativity, strategic depth, and strong commercial impact.
In a bid to give back, Roseline has taken on various mentoring programmes to help mould young minds in careers such as the WIMBIZ mentoring programme, BJUMP and AIMONE while pushing her latest brainchild, KURRAY CONSULTS.
A trailblazer in traditionally male-dominated industries, Roseline is passionate about redefining gender narratives and empowering the next generation of leaders. She strongly believes in the power of individual potential, stating, “Regardless of gender, we are all born with equal potential.
