Mrs Nneka J. Ezeani is a lawyer and a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators. She works in a global tech talent company overseeing payroll in four African countries.

She is also a certified marriage counsellor, pre-marriage preparation care and enrichment facilitator under the Family and Human Life Unit of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos, and has been counselling couples in and out of Nigeria for more than 10 years. She is also a trained counsellor of Relate Africa.

She is a resource person for the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI); a member and a resource person for the Nigerian Association for Family Development (NAFAD); and a certified associate member of Family Systems Engineering under the Center for Sex Education and Family Life.

She is the founder of Family United Network, an organisation that advocates for family unity and development. She is the author of the book, Family Ties That Bind.
Mrs Ezeani has spoken on different youth platforms, conferences, workshops and seminars on issues related to relationships, marriage, life and work management.
