Lawyer, Administrator, Author and Educator

Ndidi Edeoghon, fondly called “Coach Didi”, is a highly exposed and seasoned international lawyer, administrator, author and educator who has lived in several countries and leverages her international networks. She speaks more than four languages, ranging from French to Romanian.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Ambassadors Initiative for Youth Development and Conflict Resolution, a non-governmental organisation actively promoting good leadership, morality, tolerance and conflict resolution amongst the youth. Her passion to develop global leaders has led her into collaborating with the United Nations and with Lagos State in her tutelage of over 4,000 students in schools and universities through her leadership programmes.

She is the CEO of Carmel Academy, a project of the Foundation which runs several programmes such as the Youth Ambassadors Initiative (YAI), IDentitization™ programme and Sports Global Ambassadors (SGA) programme. They are aimed at grooming students to become ambassadors who influence their world positively.

She has worked in premier law firms spanning three continents and has amassed 27 years of experience in legal practice and the corporate world including real estate, banking, telecommunications, agriculture and the oil and gas sector as Company Secretary. She has served as a moderator animating several events and is a mentor to those eager to positively impact their generation.

Ndidi is a passionate promoter of ethical leadership and is a speaker and moderator in several conferences and training sessions. As a graduate of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance where she was awarded the 21st Century Leadership Award for Most Outstanding Student, as well as the Best Graduating Female Student, she is untiring in her quest to instil transformational leadership in all spheres of society.

She attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where she obtained her first degree in Law and French. She later went ahead to obtain a master’s degree in law (LLM), specialising in International Dispute Resolution, from the University of London and is a part-time lecturer for the University of London programmes.

She was appointed an Alumni Ambassador for the University of London in 2020 and is a passionate contributor to the activities of the International Committee of the Red Cross. She is currently the National Secretary of the LSE Alumni Association in Nigeria. She is also the Director of Mental Health Education, Positive Youth Development Programs and Member of the Legal and Advocacy Team of African Coaches Connect Global Leadership. She was also nominated as the 2025 UNIV Inspire Expert to represent Africa for the UNIV Inspire Conference in Rome where she ran expert sessions for youths from across the world.

Her memberships include the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigerian Bar Association, Law Society (UK), International Bar Association, Model United Nations Alliance, International Humanitarian Law Association, and other non-governmental organisations such as Caritas/Justice and Development Peace Commission.
